This is a free, browser-based notepad provided as-is. We make no guarantees about availability, data persistence, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your notes are stored in your browser's local storage — if you clear your browser data, your notes are gone. Always download important notes as files using Ctrl+S.

Acceptable use

You can use this notepad for any lawful purpose. Don't use it to host or distribute content that is illegal where you live.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, lost productivity, or other damages arising from your use of this service. If your notes are critical, back them up.
